Small Scarab Pinch Bowl

The scarab beetle, found throughout Egyptian art and culture, symbolizes spontaneous creation, the restoration of life, transformation, and the rising sun. The scarab imagery was used for good luck charms for the living and dead, for seals used to stamp documents, and for jewelry made from clay or precious gems.

Handformed from white stoneware and hand-painted with underglaze. Finished with food-safe clear glaze.

Microwave and dishwasher safe, though handwashing is recommended to prolong the life of your piece.

Measurements are irregular due to the organic handformed nature of the piece. The top rim measures approximately 4"x4" and the bowl stands approximately 1.5" tall.
